Rhiannon Jones - Senior Ecologist – Fisheries

Rhiannon joined the practice just 6 months ago but has already contributed a huge amount to our activities.

Our resident fisheries expert, Rhiannon has most recently worked with local angling syndicates and riparian owners to asses the numbers and territory of invading signal crayfish within the River Manifold catchment.

John Thornhill - Senior Ecologist – Bats

John joined the practice 3 years ago having completed a long term bat survey project in New South Wales, Australia.
Although our foxes walk rather than fly, John has been more than busy with numerous national construction projects – providing survey, management and mitigation services to a broad spectrum of corporate clients.

Paul Sergent - Senior Ecologist – Botany

Paul is our longest serving ecologist with 5 years under his belt here at Grove.
With a massive field of experience Paul provides a wealth of knowledge to our clients in one of the most detailed areas of ecology.
Currently engaged in a long term conservation project – Paul is a major force in his clients bid to safeguard some of this countries scarcest flora.
